The P20i's touch controls are sensitive and work well, also users can personalize their audio experience using the Soundcore app which provides 22 preset EQs along with additional customization settings. Moreover, users can answer phone calls via earbuds, sound quality during calls is excellent making use in noisy areas almost impossible.
