720°DGREE Editorial Review
The product is an insulated water bottle that can keep drinks hot or cold for several hours. The bottle comes with two different types of screw-on tops. The wide neck makes it easy to clean the bottle. The lids are interchangeable. The product has received mixed reviews, with some customers experiencing issues related to the lid seals, which become black and slimy and are hard to clean. Some customers have also reported leaks unless the lid is screwed on tightly. The product is not dishwasher safe. The quality appears to have diminished over time for some customers, leading to leaks and overall dissatisfaction with the product. The customer service has received mixed reviews, with some finding it helpful and others not so much. Overall, the product appears to be of exceptional quality, but some improvements could be made to the design and customer service.
