Antworten: Inside the outer plastic cover are crystals. To activate it you have to smooth out the inner crystals and bash it with your fist to make it cold if that makes sense. It stays cold for a good ten minutes and then you bin it cos its a once only use. I use it for sports injuries at my basketball club. :) -
