AK Interactive Paints AK-012 Editorial Review
The AK Interactive AK-012 STREAKING GRIME is a great product for adding a level of dirtiness and realism to models. It is particularly useful for the Grimdark style of painting. The product is easy to use and there are plenty of tutorial videos available. It provides a really cool effect. Some users have mentioned that the product can be used up quickly depending on the application. It is worth noting that the current version of the product is a dark military green color, while older tutorials may feature the older brown version of grime. The color of the grime may show more on pale or light surfaces, potentially resembling algae. It is also important to point out that this is Streaking Grime for all vehicles, not specifically for yellow vehicles. The product works well with both brush and airbrush, with airbrush providing more consistent coverage. However, a brush can also be used for those on a budget. It is important to use this product in a well-ventilated area, as it is an enamel base and the fumes are toxic. It is recommended to wear a mask when using it. Overall, the AK Interactive AK-012 STREAKING GRIME is easy to apply, works well, and a little goes a long way.
