The 25 x 17.5 cooking area is wide enough that you can operate two rotisseries at once, use it as an open top grill, or mix it up with a rotisserie on one side and some extra space on the other for cooking side dishes! Burn your choice of charcoal briquettes, lump, or your favorite hardwood. Accessing your fire is easy, just open the front hatch, adjust or add fuel to your fire, then close it back up. No need to remove the cooking grates or rotisseries! The removable fire tray makes ash clean up easy.
