Some customers were also disappointed as they did not realize that suction cups were required to use the product. The suction power of the cups provided in the package was just okay and some believed there needed to be a suction cup in the middle for extra support. One customer expressed their disappointment with the cut out for the rearview mirror, stating that it was not deep enough, making it difficult to position the sun shade on the windshield.
