Horror SYNV147DVD Editorial Review
This review discusses the horror movie Demons 2, a sequel to the 1985 film Demons. Similar to the first movie, the plot involves demons hunting their victims in a condo building after a movie screening. The special effects and gore are similar to the first movie, with talons tearing through fingertips and fangs uprooting human teeth. The demon transformations are gnarly, and there are new additions such as a tanning bed death scene and a dog demon. The movie is directed by Lamberto Bava and co-written by Dario Argento, who are experts in gory Italian horror. However, the sequel is Considered crass by the reviewer and doesn't have the same level of excitement as the original. Nevertheless, many reviewers online prefer this sequel to the original. The demons are defeated in the end with a meta-movie solution of destroying the screens to stop the demonic infestation.
