The switch is built well with a metal Construction and positive click when used, and is easy to install and wire up. However, the metal side that displays "on" and "off" can bend and not be flattened again. It can handle up to 24 volts but only for low amperage applications. Some reviewers used the switch for motor vehicles and boats and found it to be sturdy and reliable. As with any disconnect switch, remember to avoid switching while under load.
