Answer: I wouldn’t use it for millionaire’s shortbread. It does set slightly but only in the way butter in the fridge would. Excellent for a banoffee pie though. -

Answer: If you don't store it in the fridge you can pour it over a dessert, it's pretty thick but would be okay. Sadly, my tub arrived cracked and it poured all over the packaging! Had to return it and found a smaller jar in my local supermarket. The tub is huge and I wouldn't want to use it after more than 3 months. -

Answer: Che's product specifications state that this product has a viscosity of 1200 cp at 20 degrees. This means that it's of medium thickness - spreadable and it will run but not too liquid. -

Answer: I didn't find an organic product and there is no mention of it being organic on the label.
