Answer: Sorry I can't answer because we go through jars so quickly. I store open jars in the fridge but I'm not sure why I do. It is excellent to warm up with on cold days and nights. -

Is this made from lemons, citron fruit or yuja fruit? I like the lemon variety, and the picture on the front looks like lemons.
Answer: Citron with Lemon. But I wouldn't know. They sent me my jar all broken and shattered. :/
