There is no reliable way to fill each chamber independently, and there is a design flaw. Over time, water accumulates between the chambers, causing the top to float off the bottom piece. Customers found that it is challenging to make clear, large ice balls. Additionally, the ice mold is wobbly and challenging to handle when transporting it to the freezer.
